Can you be a blessing and help us bring the benefits of vegetable gardens to senior facilities?  Gardening reduces the risk of Alzheimer’s, dementia, and heart attacks!  It’s critical to plant now as our loved ones grow older!  Please help us save lives!  All donations are tax-deductible, so please consider monthly contributions!

The Impact!

One of our next locations has 100 older adults — that’s a large amount of seniors gaining health benefits on a daily basis!  On average, it costs $500 for 1 raised bed at a senior facility.  However, the ideal is to have 2 – 4 raised beds per location.  Then they produce more organic food, more room to interact, and more of an opportunity to get everyone’s hands in the soil!  Why is that important?  The studies are countless!  It reduces the risk of dementia, reduces heart disease, increases Vitamin D exposure & thus calcium absorption (critical), it removes older adults from isolation, and provides well-needed exercise!  Click here for more benefits.

Success Story!

The local Food Bank asked us to make a flyer so they could send to ALL their senior facilities!  The Food Bank said it’s very rare that they ever have fresh food to take over!  Results from their outreach:  Instant yes’s!

Below the flyer, you can catch a sneak peek at one of our next senior facilities!

The Raised Beds We Use

We provide senior facilities with outdoor & indoor vegetable gardens!  For the wooden raised beds, we’re getting ready to build them ourselves (to save on costs) + ensure they are ADA compliant for wheelchairs!

Allocating the Funds

For every $50,000 donated we get 20 senior facilities up-and-running with organic vegetable gardens!  The money goes to supplies, making the raised beds, organic soil, seeds, starter plants, and transportation.  Please help us exceed our expectations and save hundreds of thousands of seniors’ lives!  No donation is too small or too large!
